We have a well-defined flip and investment process, which is fundamental to the service we provide. This process creates a strong yet flexible framework for our investment team and clients to work together, sharing ideas and challenging each other’s views. It is constantly evolving and we continue to invest in the resources required to ensure it remains efficient, optimized, and results in the highest returns.

Our Process

  1. Our in house real estate experts do intensive hours of research to find the right properties
  2. We do a walk through with our licensed contractors to see what rehab work is needed
  3. Once our offer is accepted and we receive the key we start the rehab construction work
  4. We have weekly meetings and walk-throughs with our contracting team just to make sure everything is on track
  5. One of our in house realtors will then list and sell the home
  6. All investors are paid their returns
