- Our in house real estate experts do intensive hours of research to find the right properties
- We do a walk through with our licensed contractors to see what rehab work is needed
- Once our offer is accepted and we receive the key we start the rehab construction work
- We have weekly meetings and walk-throughs with our contracting team just to make sure everything is on track
- One of our in house realtors will then list and sell the home
- All investors are paid their returns
